About Vince Pass
I'm Vince Pass, founder of VLP Consulting Group. For over 25 years, I've led teams in high-pressure operations—managing shift leads, assistant managers, and frontline staff in environments where turnover is constant, expectations are high, and culture makes or breaks success. I've built accountability systems, conducted hundreds of performance evaluations, and turned around underperforming teams.
Today, I help service industry businesses reduce turnover, strengthen leadership, and build cultures where people actually want to work. I also coach individuals—especially men navigating transition, seeking purpose, or rebuilding after crisis.
I don't consult from a textbook. I lead from experience.
